Fitness

Open air fitness areas have been designed to appeal to as larger an age range as possible from teenagers upwards. The ergonomic nature of the equipment means that it is accessible to all ability levels. The different items replicate the movement and postures found in sports such as running, cross-country skiing, rowing and cycling. Each product is easy to use and targets different muscle groups. Fitness areas provide a fun way to maintain or develop fitness levels in a pleasant environment.
