Who doesn’t like to doodle? It has to be the most fun way of improving fine motor skills and helping to conceptualise ideas. The chalkboard is also a fantastic medium to communicate with children who cannot verbally make themselves heard. It can be a good way to find out if a child is happy or sad or find out what they want to do next by drawing simple characters on the board.

The smaller sibling to the Exosphere, the 2 sided Minisphere play panel is installed at a low height to allow access for young children and wheelchair users. The games are both very different, one with a high visual appeal of falling ballbearings (which is great for children with limited mobility and coordination) and an airlock game that increases children’s awareness of function and movement.

Canal Park is a multi-generational playground in Potts Hill. It is located on former Sydney Water lands, and a water theme is reflected in the design of the wetpour rubber surfacing. Inclusive play items for younger and older children feature in the playground.

The Rainmaker is a fun unit that has both a warm recognisable character and the great sound of rain. It provides a tactile and sound sensory experience which is accessible to all.
